HOW TO EDIT PROFILES:
Edit Your Info: Click Edit My Profile (under your name) to change your address, phone number, and email.
For Editors only
[If you are not marked as an Editor, contact your company’s main PIM contact.]
Edit All Employees’ Info:
- Click on the pull down menu next to Edit Profiles Related To: and click your company name. This will bring up the profiles of everyone at your company that is in the PIM database.
- To change an employee’s profile, click Edit Profile next to their name. If an employee listed is no longer with your company, click the pull down menu next to Relation Type and select Former Employee.
Edit Company Info: Click Edit Profile (found beneath “Editable Profiles Related To “Your Name”) to update your company information. (If this is not your current employer, please contact PIM to update.)
Pay Invoices: Click View Invoices (found below Edit Profile) to review and pay outstanding invoices.
ABOUT PROFILE OPTIONS:
PIM Contact: Select one (1) employee as your main PIM contact.
Editor: Is authorized to update your company and all employee profiles.
Receives PIM Communication: Authorizes emails and mailings from PIM.
Billing Contact: Will receive invoices from PIM.
